2.0 Setting Up & Adjusting the TMS Pinspotter
Section Overview
This section provides step-by-step instructions for setting up and configuring your
equipment to meet your needs along with instructions for periodic adjustment and
servicing to help ensure a smooth running machine.
This manual does not cover installation of the TMS Pinspotter, operation of a
scoring system, bowler interface, or cash management system. Refer to the
documentation that came with your add-on systems for information relating
to those systems.
The electronic unit controlling the pinspotting machine and accessed by the user
may be interchangeably called the “chassis,” “controller,” or “chassis controller.”
An electronic unit inside the pinspotter may be interchangeably called the “pin
detector,” “pin detector board,” or “pin detector box.”
