7. Galvanic Isolator (oponal)
The AC system is equipped with a galvanic isolator, which blocks low voltage DC on the shore power
ground wire.
The galvanic isolator prevents dockside voltages from damaging metal parts on the boat that come in
contact with the water. The galvanic isolator will also safely conduct high currents to ground in the
event of a short circuit or power leakage on your boat. Refer to the manufacturers manual in your
owners manual packet for complete instrucons and warranty on the galvanic isolator.

Under normal condions, the zincs on the boat should last
at least one year, if not more. If abnormal deterioraon of
the zincs occur, a problem exists within the system, and
should be corrected immediately.
8. Baery Charger (oponal)
When turned ON, the baery charger automacally increases current output when there is a drop in
baery voltage. All baeries, including the bow thruster baery, are connected to the baery
charger. When the baeries are charged, the unit maintains a small current ow to keep the baeries
fully charged and ready for service without overcharging.
