What to do if my RADWAG Accessories scale won't turn on?

  If your RADWAG Accessories scale fails to start, the issue might be due to a disconnected power supply. Ensure the power supply is properly connected to the scale. Alternatively, the battery could be discharged; in this case, connect the power supply to the mains to charge the battery. Finally, verify that the battery is correctly installed with the correct polarization, or that the battery is installed at all.

Why does my RADWAG Accessories scale keep turning off by itself?

  Your RADWAG Accessories scale might be automatically switching off because the parameter is set to a value that enforces shutdown after a specific time interval. To resolve this, go to the menu and set the parameter to 'nonE'.
