4. At the vision login prompt, enter radware and for the password, enter radware.
5. Continue with the initial configuration of the APSolute Vision server, which is described in the
APSolute Vision User Guide.
Installing APSolute Vision VA on KVM using an ISO Image
You can install APSolute Vision VA or APSolute Vision Server with APM Server VA on the KVM
virtualization infrastructure.
This procedure details how to install the APSolute Vision virtual appliance (VA) platform on a KVM
hosts using an ISO image with manual configuration of the virtual machine.
Note: This procedure is for both the standard APSolute Vision VA installation and the APSolute
Vision Server with APM Server VA installation. The additional steps and resources that are required
for the APM server only are noted as such.
Prerequisites
• Make sure you have the KVM virt manager installed.
• Make sure that the ISO image is on the local disk.
To install APSolute Vision on KVM
1. In the KVM environment, enter the virt-manager.
2. Create a new virtual machine.
3. Enter the virtual machine name.
4. Select Local install media (ISO image or CDROM) and click Forward.
5. Select Use ISO image and browse to select the ISO image on the local disk.
6. Select OS type as Linux, and Version as Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, and click Forward.
