6 CONTROLS
6.13 FREEWHEEL CONTROL (A) _______________________________________
The free wheel control is provided to allow the
machine to be moved when the engine is
stationary.The control is situated in the engine
compartment onthe right hand side under the
toolbox. To gain access lift the engine cover.
6.14 SAFETY CATCHES (A)____________________________________________
When transporting, the safety catches should
always be engaged with the units raised. These
units can be hydraulically locked in any position
byreleasing the lift control lever at the required
position.To secure the front and wing units in the
transport position the hooks on the frame should
be rotated to trap the spigots on the lift arms.
The rear (centre) unit is held in the transport
position by a catch which is operated by a hand
lever situated under the left hand step behind the
front wheel. To lock the unit in its raised position,
pull lever out and down in the gate
