4.4 Interacting with the unit
NOTE
Improper display operation
Using a sharp or pointed object to operate the display could damage the display.
1. Only operate the cooking system with your hands.
4.4.1 Gestures
You can operate the display using a few simple gestures.

4.4.2 Central selection knob
Instead of gestures, you can adjust settings by turning the central knob. Actions (e.g., automatic opening of the pan
lid, automatic pan lowering, integrated water intake) can be interrupted using the central selection knob as well.
You can also use the central knob to switch off the signal tone emitted when the unit prompts user action.
