Please contact your RATIONAL Service Partner regarding all error messages. Always have your cooking system’s
serial number and the installed software version number at the ready. This information will be displayed in the
error message.
14.4.1 Messages during cooking

Pan temperature measurement system error Only pan-frying applications available.
Core temperature probe error Cooking without core temperature probe possible.
Pressure cooking not available.
Pan motor system error Check underneath the pan for any obstructing
objects. Remove the object.
Lid motor system error Check underneath the lid for any obstructing objects.
Remove the object.
Drain valve error Attention: Product loss possible. Only pan-frying
applications available.
Drain valve motor error Only pan-frying applications available.
Water circulation error Turn off water tap!
Water circulation error Please check the water supply. Cooking without
automatic water filling possible.
