4.4 Transporting without a pallet with a pallet truck
NOTICE
Transporting with a transport aid without protection
Transport the unit as far as you can on the pallet. Do not transport the unit
without protection with a transport aid or a similar transport tool. For
protection, you can use a wooden pallet.
a The packaging material is removed.
a Protection against unit damage, such as a wooden beam, is available.
a The pallet truck is at the lowest setting.
1. Place the damage protection on the transport aid.
2. Position the pallet truck under the unit from the front or from the side of the
electrical compartment.
> The pallet truck and the damage protection are placed in such a way that
only the lifting points are loaded during transport.
3. Transport the unit with the pallet truck to its intended installation surface.
4. If you set up the unit without a substructure, unscrew the transport feet
prior to installation.
>> The unit is standing on its intended installation surface and is ready for as-
sembly and installation.
