Connecting RAVEN MTi to Cubase or Nuendo
In order for RAVEN MTi to effectively communicate with Cubase or Nuendo, use the
following setup instructions.
NOTE:
The V-Control Pro app is included in your RAVEN MTi installer.
1. Launch V-Control Pro.
2. Launch Cubase 8 or Nuendo 7.
3. Launch RAVEN MTi.
4. We have included two options for configuring your control surface. First, is our
automatic setup. To perform this function, your System Preferences must be
configured properly from the previous section in this setup. Once configured
correctly, hit RAVEN Settings and hit the, “RAVEN SETUP” button and RAVEN
will automatically configure itself for you.
IMPORTANT:
Your OS X Keyboard Settings MUST be set to “English” for this RAVEN Setup to
correctly function.
5. To perform the setup manually, first, you’ll need to import and select our
custom RAVEN Key Commands for Cubase and Nuendo. After launching Cubase
or Nuendo, open the Key Commands Preferences from the File Menu. Click the
Key Command drop-down menu and then, select from the list “Raven Key
Commands.” Once selected, click “Ok.”
