Whenconnectedtotherelevanttransducer(s)your
i50Tridatainstrument:
•Providesdepthinformationineitherfeet(FT)or
metres(M).
•Enablesyoutodenealarmthresholdsforshallow
alarm,deepalarm,shallowanchoralarmand
deepanchoralarm.
•Providesspeedinformation(current,maximum
andaverage),ineitherknots(KTS),milesperhour
(MPH)orkilometersperhour(KPH).
•Velocitymadegood(VMG)information,VMG
isonlyavailablewhenconnectedtoSeaTalk
orSeaTalk
ng
networkwhichalsocontainsa
compatiblewindtransducer.
•Provideslogandtripinformation.Thesearegiven
ineithernauticalmiles(NM),statutemiles(M)or
kilometers(KM).
•Provideswatertemperatureinformation.Thisis
givenineitherdegreescelsius(ºC)ordegrees
fahrenheit(ºF).
•Providescountupandracestarttimerfunctions.
Note:Depthinformationisobtainedfromthedepth
transducerconnectedtotheunit.However,when
theinstrumentisconnectedtoaSeaT alknetwork,
whichcontainsacompatiblesonarmodule
(shnder)thedepthinformationisprovidedbythe
sonarmodulewhilstitisswitchedon.
Itshouldbenotedthat:
•Therequiredunitsofmeasurementaresetduring
Usercalibration.
•Up/Downdepth-trendarrowsaredisplayed,ifthe
seabedisrisingorfallingatasignicantrate.
•Thelogscreenshowsthetotaldistancecovered
bythevesselsincetheunitwastted.
•Maximumspeed,averagespeedandtripreading
areresettozeroatpowerup.
•Ifforanyreasondepthinformationislost,the
depthtitlewillashandthedisplayedvaluewillbe
thelastknowndepthreading.
