A LiPo drive rechargeable battery should only be charged with a suitable LiPo charger (and a NiMH re-
chargeable battery with a NiMH charger only). So if you want to purchase a NiMH drive battery for the
vehicle, you will also need a suitable NiMH charger.
• Several complete discharge and charge cycles are required to ensure that the battery reaches its maximum per-
formance.
For rechargeable batteries with NiMH or LiPo technology, recharging partially discharged batteries does not cause
any problems. A prior discharge is usually not required.
• High-quality drive batteries not only have a higher capacity, which allows you to drive your model vehicle much

• Only use a charger that is designed for the type of drive battery used (e.g. NiMH or LiPo).
• Remove the drive battery from the vehicle for charging and disconnect it completely from the speed controller.
