Instructions for Use - Low Condence Readings
During the measurement process, the AT550 may detect a condition which could
create a low condence reading or a “yer.”
Low condence readings can result from an untimely blink or interference from a
patient’s eyelashes. These measurements are highlighted with an asterisk as shown
below.
A low condence reading is used to compute the average value. When the data is
printed, the asterisk will appear on the printout. By taking a fourth measurement, the
low condence reading will be replaced automatically.
