7. TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter any problems whilst using the product please advise the following table.
IF YOU CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM THAT OCCURRED, OR IF THE PROVIDED SOLUTION DIDN´T RESOLVE THE
PROBLEM, STOP USING THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT A CERTIFIED DISTRIBUTOR /SUPPLIER OR ONE OF
THE RESQTEC OFFICES.
Symptom Solution
Couplers cannot be connected to the product.
- Use a pen-type tool to push the pressure release button.
See chapter 4.10 for detailed information.
The product is connected to a power unit, but the arms will not open
or close.
- Make sure the product is properly connected to the power unit.
- Make sure the right valves on the power unit are opened.
- Make sure there is enough hydraulic oil and gasoline in the
power unit.
