Failed To Connect

A connection with the FTP/
SMTP/POP3/SMB/SNTP
server, or USB memory device
has failed.
If the problem involves the FTP/SMB
server, check the [Edit Network Scan
Destination] setting in Smart Organizing
Monitor.
If the problem involves the SMTP/POP3/
SNTP server, check the [Server
Properties...] setting in Smart Organizing
Monitor.
If the problem involves the USB flash drive,
check that it is a supported model, and
then reinsert it.
File Over
The assigned file names range
from SIG000101 to
SIG999901. If the file name
assignment passes SIG999901,
the naming starts over from
SIG000101. If the name of the
new is the same as an existing
file for the same destination, the
new file cannot be stored.
Remove or rename the existing file of the
same name.
Page Over
You can only scan up to 99
pages at a time.
Set the number of pages to 99 or fewer.
#### Server Error
Data sent from the machine has
not been stored on the
FTP/SMB server.
Check the [Edit Network Scan Destination]
setting in Smart Organizing Monitor.
SMTP Server Full
The SMTP server's memory
reached capacity during e-mail
transmission.
Check the SMTP server setting.
Reduce the number of pages or send the
file at a lower resolution.
Memory Overflow
1: TX 2: Cancel
The machine's memory became
full while scanning.
Send the file at a lower resolution.
USB Flash Disk Full
The Scan to USB function failed
because there was not enough
memory on the USB flash disk.
Use a USB flash disk with enough memory.
Error and Status Indicate on the Control Panel
