  Poor start-up or lack of power in your Riva Boat can be due to several reasons. It might be caused by a clogged filter or an air leak in the fuel system. Check the filter's tightness and vent it if it wasn't closed properly. Also, inspect all connections and lines to ensure no fuel line is blocked with contaminants. Another possibility is a clogged incorporated filter, so check it for clogging. If the filter element is new, contact RIVA.
