6.1 FRESH WATER SYSTEM
The fresh water system, provides 1 tank with a total capacity of 1320 liters,
located under the atrium of the guest compartment.
The following connections are installed:
• Water inlet
It is located on the main deck on the walk-around right and left.
• Fresh water tank vent
• Freshwater suction
Provides water to the 240 V pumps that keep the entire cold/hot water
circuit under pressure. In order to operate, the autoclave pumps must
be powered by the magneto-thermal switch located on the main electri-
cal panel.
• Tank water level transducer
Detects the level of fresh water in the tank. The water level inside the
tank can be monitored via the operating panel on the dashboard.
• Watermaker
Thetankcanbellednotonlybythewaterintakebutalsobythewa-
termaker. It removes the salt from the seawater and makes it drinkable.
The system can also be supplied from shore.
The various uses can thus be served without the help of the autoclave on
board thanks to the pressure of the system from the shore.
