Cautions
Safety instructions
• There are no user serviceable parts inside this product.
• Do not attempt to open or disassemble any part of the product.
• Do not dispose of the product in a fire or incinerator.
• Do not expose the product to water, moisture, steam or sand.
• Use only the mains power adaptor supplied with the product or a genuine
replacement provided by Roberts Radio.
• To maintain the compliance with the WiFi RF exposure requirement, place the product
at least 20 cm (8 inches) from nearby persons except when operating the controls.
• The AC/DC adaptor and speaker shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and
no objects fi lled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the AC/DC adaptor
or the speaker.
Do not leave your speaker where excessive heat could cause damage.
• Avoid using or storing the product at extremes of temperature. Avoid leaving the
unit in cars, on window sills, in direct sunlight etc.
• The speaker must be used in a moderate climate.
• No naked fl ame sources such as lighted candles should be placed on the product.
• It is recommended to operate the product such that there is a minimum distance
(10cm recommended) to adjacent objects in order to ensure good ventilation.
• The ventilation of the product should not be restricted by covering it with items such
as newspapers, tablecloths, curtains etc.
• The top panel will become quite warm to the touch. This is completely normal.
