Attach the end cover to the rear cover.

FRAME
(1)
Attach the mount rubbers to the frame. Insert
the setting tongue of mount rubber into the hole
on
the frame and tighten the nut from the bot-
tom of the frame.

NOTE
:
The mount rubbers are selected to reduce vibration most effectively
by
model.
Be
sure to use
the correct mount rubber for your generator. Although mount rubbers have the same appear-
ance, their characteristics are different.
(2)
Attach the 5 mm terminal of the grounding wires (green /yellow) to the unpainted thread hole of the
frame base plate using a
5
mm brass screw.
(3)
Install the engine and alternator assembly into
the frame. Put the engine and alternator
as-
sembly into the frame from the side of
it.
Tighten the nuts over the mount rubber bolts
to
fix.

I
Remove the
air
cleaner cover for easier installation.

NOTE
:
When tightening the nuts, slightly
lift
the engine and alternator assembly
so
that
the
weight is not
applied to the mount rubbers.
