INFORMAZIONI DI SICUREZZA
SENTINEL è un dispositivo elettronico di sorveglianza dei
parametri di funzionamento del soffiatore e non include il
progetto dell’ambiente operativo dove il soffiatore sarà
installato, né il circuito di potenza, il circuito di controllo e
altri controlli o equipaggiamenti richiesti dalla specifica
funzione del soffiatore.
Il CLIENTE pertanto deve verificare che l’ambiente
operativo, il circuito di potenza, il circuito di controllo e gli
altri controlli o equipaggiamenti relativi alla funzione del
soffiatore soddisfino i requisiti essenziali di sicurezza della
Direttiva Europea delle Macchine 98/37/CEE e/o delle
corrispondenti legislazioni del paese in cui il soffiatore è
installato.
Il CLIENTE deve inoltre assicurare che sia seguita la
legislazione sulla sicurezza elettrica (Direttiva Bassa
Tensione 73/23 CEE ) e sulla compatibilità elettromagnetica
( Direttiva EMC 89/336 CEE )
ATTENZIONE : Tutto il personale che viene a
contatto con SENTINEL deve seguire le
seguenti norme di sicurezza
Durante il funzionamento del soffiatore
Seguire le istruzioni di sicurezza del soffiatore.
Prevedere nel quadro di alimentazione del motore un pulsante
per la fermata di emergenza del soffiatore
ATTENZIONE : Lo STOP dalla tastiera di
SENTINEL non è uno stop di emergenza ed il
quadro elettrico di alimentazione del soffiatore
è comunque sotto tensione.
Dopo la fermata del soffiatore indotta da SENTINEL
ATTENZIONE : Accertarsi che l’alimentazione
elettrica non sia in tensione e sconnettere i
cavi
Isolare il soffiatore dall’impianto e riportarlo alla pressione
atmosferica
ATTENZIONE : Il gas contenuto nell’impianto
può essere caldo, tossico e irritante
ATTENZIONE : Attendere che il soffiatore
ritorni alla temperatura ambiente
Prima di riavviare il soffiatore
Assicurarsi di aver ripristinato le condizioni di funzionamento
corrette
Ripristinare SENTINEL seguendo la procedura descritta al
paragrafo 5.2.2
NOTA : SENTINEL richiede la doppia conferma
per abilitare il ripristino.
Riavviare il soffiatore seguendo le procedure di sicurezza
previste nell’impianto dove è installato
SAFETY INFORMATION
SENTINEL is an electronic device to monitor the operating
parameters of the blower and does not include the design
of the operating environment where the blower will be
installed, nor the power circuits, control circuits and other
controls or equipment required by the specific function of
the blower.
The CUSTOMER therefore must verify that the operating
environment, the power circuits, the control circuits and the
other controls or equipment related to the function of the
blower satisfy the essential safety requirements of the
European Machinery Directive 98/37/EEC and/or of the
corresponding legislation of the country where the blower
is used.
The CUSTOMER must also ensure that the valid legislation
on electric safety ( Low-Voltage Directive 73/23 EEC ) and
Electromagnetic Compatibility of equipment (EMC Directive
89/335 EEC) is followed.
WARNING : All the personnel that come in
contact with SENTINEL must observe following
safety regulations
During Blower operation
Follow the safety instructions of the blower
For emergency stop of the blower use only the suitable push
button provided in the electric supply of the motor
WARNING : The STOP from SENTINEL
keyboard is not an emergency stop, the electric
supply of blower is in any case under tension.
After blower stopping by SENTINEL
WARNING : Make sure that the electric supply
is not under tension and disconnect the cables
Insulate the blower from the plant and restore the atmospheric
pressure into it.
WARNING : The gas contained in the plant may
be hot, toxic and irritant
WARNING : Wait until the blower returns at the
ambient temperature
Before restarting the blower
Check that the correct operating conditions of the blower are
restored
Reset SENTINEL following the procedure indicated at
paragraph 5.2.2
NOTE : SENTINEL requests the double
confirmation to enable the resetting
Restart the blower following the safety procedures provided in
the plant where the blower is installed.
