Encoder malfunction. Press TEST button. Replace the encoder if the pro-
blem persists.

foreign matter, disconnect from mains power and

der if the problem persists.

Check if release handle is open.
Check that the motor turns without impediment.
Contact technical support in case of any problems.

Check the good condition of the onnection cable.
Disconnect and then reconnect from main power.
Give a command (opening/step-by-step, ... ).
If QR3+ does NOT appear, repeat the learning pro-
cedure.
If QR3+ appears again contact the technical assi-
stance.
