Playing with Two Tones Layered
(Dual)
This mode lets you play two dierent tones at the same time with
each key press. This is called “Dual Play.
Upper part

When you hold down two tone buttons corresponding to the tones you
want to layer (play at the same time), you can set the keyboard mode to
“Dual” by selecting the tones.
Dual settings
1. Press the [Menu] button.
2. Use the [

] buttons to select “Scene Edit, and then
press the [Enter] button.
3. Use the [

] buttons to select “Dual setting, and
then press the [Enter] button.
4. Use the [
ää

] buttons to select a parameter, and then
use the [Dec] [Inc] buttons to change the value.
Parameter Value Explanation
Balance
9: 1–9: 9
–1: 9
Adjusts the volume balance of the
two parts.
Tone1 Shift
-3–0–+3
Sets how many octaves the upper
part is shifted.
Tone2 Shift
Sets how many octaves the lower
part is shifted.
