Technical Description
Allgemeine Beschreibung der NH-Pumpentypen
Die einstufige Normaldruckpumpe und die dreistufige Hochdruck-
pumpe sind auf einer Pumpenwelle hintereinander angeordnet und
werden durch die Laufradmutter zusammengespannt. Die gegen-
läufige Anordnung der Laufräder des ND- und HD-Teiles sorgt für
einen nahezu vollkommenen Ausgleich des Axialdruckes, sodass
die Pumpenwellenlager nur minimal beansprucht werden.
Die Pumpenwelle ist aus rostfreiem und säurebeständigem Mate-
rial gefertigt. Sie ist im Getriebe mit zwei Kugellager und im
Normaldruckgehäuse mit einem Nadellager gelagert. Das Nadel-
lager wird über einen Nippel am Normaldruckgehäuse geschmiert.
Die Pumpenwelle wird sowohl saug- als auch druckseitig mittels
Axial-Gleitringdichtung abgedichtet.
Das Pumpengehäuse sowie Lauf- und Leiträder werden entweder
aus Bronze oder aus korrosionsbeständigem Leichtmetall herge-
stellt.
Im Normaldruckgehäuse sind Anschlüsse für das Manometer,
Vakuummeter, die Entlüftungspumpe und Treibwasser vorgese-
hen. An der tiefsten Stelle des Gehäuses ist eine Pumpenentleerung
angebracht.
General description of NH-pump types
The single-stage normal pressure pump and the 3-stage high
pressure pump are located in series at the pump shaft and are fixed
together with the impeller-nut. The opposing arrangement of the
normal pressure impeller and the high pressure impellers provides
an almost perfect balance of thrust load. This guarantees minimum
wear and prolonged service life of the pump shaft bearings.
The pump shaft, made of stainless, acid-proof steel, runs in the
gearbox on two ball bearings and in the normal pressure pump
casing on a needle bearing, which has a lubricating nipple. Axial
face sealing seals the pump on the suction and pressure sides.
The centrifugal water pump, the impellers, and the diffusers are
made of corrosion resistant light alloy or bronze.
Connections for the pressure gauge, vacuummeter, the piston
priming pump, and the induction water are provided on the normal
pressure casing. A drain valve is arranged at the lowest point of
normal- and high pressure pump casing.
