Einschalten der Pumpe
Engaging the Pump
Einschalten des Nebenabtriebes vom Pumpenarmaturenbrett aus
- Fahrzeug zum Stillstand bringen.
- Getriebe in Neutralstellung schalten.
- Feststellbremse aktivieren.
- Motor mit Leerlaufdrehzahl laufen lassen.
- Schalter (S2/1) drücken:
Die Kupplung wird betätigt, der Nebenabtrieb eingeschaltet und
eingekuppelt, das Tanksaugventil geöffnet und die Entlüftungs-
pumpe solange eingeschaltet bis sich ein Pumpendruck von ca.
2 bar aufgebaut hat.
Parallel zu diesem Prozess wird dieser Vorgang am Display
optisch begleitet - siehe Bild (118) und (119).
Ist eine Fehlfunktion oder ein Parameter der für diesen automati-
schen Ablauf notwendig ist nicht erfüllt, wird wiederum ein opti-
scher Warnhinweis eingeblendet; z.B. wenn der Druckluftvorrat zu
gering ist - siehe Bild (120).
Kommt es während des Betriebes zu einem Druckluftabfall wird
eine optische und akustische Warnung ausgebracht.
Engaging the P.T.O. from the pump control panel
- Stop the vehicle.
- Shift gear box to neutral position.
- Apply parking brake.
- Let engine run idle.
- Press switch (S2/1):
The clutch will be applied, the P.T.O. will be engaged, the water
tank suction valve will open and the priming pump will be
engaged until a pressure of approx. 2 bar is reached.
The above process is followed by changing screens, (118) and
(119).
If something goes wrong, or there is a fault, then an optical
warning will be displayed. For example air pressure is too low for
solenoid activation; see diagram (120).
If air pressure falls during operation, then an optical and acous-
tical warning will be displayed.
