spring

apply
LOCTITE
227 to
hex.
hd. screw
M16xl,5
and
tighten
to
120 Nm

in.lb.).
Check
or
correct
gap
on
pick-ups
to 0,4

0,5
mm
(0,016

0,02
in.) using
feeler
gauge.
Check
axial
position
of
pick-ups.

a
serrated
washer

is used
instead
of
the
lock washer.
Fit dowel
pin
6x20
into crankcase.
Grease
oil
seal 30x47
x7
fl,5
for
prop
shaft and
lubricate
prop
shaft
journal.
Apply
sealing
compound
LOCTITE 574
to
sealing
face
of
gear
cover
ass'y and
place in
position.
IATTENTION:
Mount
parallel,
until dowel
pin
engages
and tap
evenly
into
position. If
need be use a
mallet, carefully.
Anach
gearbox
using
2 Allen screws
M8x45 and
8
Allen
screws
M6x45 along
with
spring
washers.
Tighten
screws
crosswise
to
25
Nm
(220
in.Ib.)
on
M8 and
trO Nm
on
M6 screws.
Check
backlash
of
gears. Remove crankshaft
locking
screw
and
fit crankcase
plug
screw along
withcoppersealingring,instead.
Tighten
with
22Nm
(195
in.lb.).
Tocheck,ctankoverengine,
utilizing
spanner
24 alt on
hex.
hd. screw
at
magneto
end
of
crankshaft.
