Clean and tighten
magnetic drain
plug

with insulating
flange; add spring

O-ring 57-3 O

position

attach
pump
cover,
using
Allen scrcws
M6x45 and spring
washers.
Tighten
v/ith

Nm
(90
in.lb.).
Fit ball 8 mm

compression spring 0 and
tighten
cap screw Ml2xl to
25 Nm
(220
in.lb.). If
rcmoved,
re-fit oil
filter nipple
and
tighten
to 60
Nm

in.lb.).
Slightly
oil rubber
gasket
of
oil
filter,
screwon oil
filterup
to
stop on oil-pump
housing
and tighten by
half
a
turn.
