loss
possibly
caused by tempera-

flucilations.An

7.12.L\ Coolant
hoses
Connect the4coolant hoses from coolantexiton cylinderhead to
wateraccumulator,
using
hose
clamps
size 23.
Use
same clamp size to connect
hoses
on water
pump
and
coolant
inlet
on
cvlinder
head.
7.L2.2\ Coolant
To warant
trouble
free
operation
of
the
cooling system, use only coolant compatible
with
aluminium,
and
free
of silicate andphosphate.
Positive
experiences
were
made
by engine manufacturer using
"BASF
Glysantine
Anticorrosion". As long
as
no
problems
with
boiling
are
encountered
the admixture of around
20
Vo water is
permissible.
IATTENTION:
Mixing of coolants of different
brands
could cause
problems.
7.13) Intake
manifold
Place
intake
manifolds,
both
pointing
inwards,
as
well
as O-ring
34-2 on
cylinder
head
and
attach
with
Allen
screws
M6x25
and
M6x70. Tighten to l0
Nm
(90
in.lb.).
7.14) carburetor
rubber flange
ass'y
Check
rubber
flanges for cracks by squeezing at
carburetor connection.
At indication
of the
vulcanizing
coming off,
renew
rubber
flange
ass'y.
Secure
both screws M8x25 with LOCTITE
221 and tighten
to
20 Nm
(180
in.lb.).
