Important notes on meter’s battery
1. ALWAYS TURN THE INSTRUMENT OFF BEFORE CONNECTING THE BATTERY
CHARGER.
2. DO NOT LEAVE THE BATTERIES DISCHARGED FOR LONG PERIODS.
3. ALWAYS CHARGE THE BATTERIES AT NIGHT FOR AT LEAST 7 HOURS, EVEN IF
THEY ARE NOT COMPLETELY DISCHARGED.
The batteries supplied are of high quality and tested individually to guarantee autonomy
between a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 10 hours depending on the following
conditions:
– LNB power consumption: Single, Dual or Quadruple
– External temperature: with temperatures of less than 10°C, 20% of the capacity is lost
Age of the batteries: a 10% loss in efficiency each year could be observed in case of
frequent charge/discharge.
– Usage of battery saving and auto-off functions, that can save up to 30% of battery level.
The meter is provided with a battery charge indicator on the bottom-left corner of the screen,
showing the current status icon:
