Licenses of the Implemented Software
In addition to the hardware the RTW TouchMonitor TM3-Primus product includes a
software package for which a variety of licenses apply:
A. Software produced by RTW GmbH & Co.KG, which may only be used for the pro-
per operation of the product as described in the documentation (application, DSP
programs, boot loader). This software is the property of RTW GmbH & Co.KG and
is protected by German and international copyrights.
B. Open source software, released under the GPL (General Public License) of the
Free Software Foundation (FSF):
Linux Kernel, Busy Box, MTDTools, GDBServer, libbfd, gettext, dosfstools,
FreeType, tslib,
The GPL is located at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html.
Only the original English version is legally binding, however.
C. Software, released under the LGPL (Lesser General Public License) of the Free
Software Foundation (FSF):
DirectFB, libiconv
Qt® library Qt Company (a wholly owned subsidiary of Digia Plc,.)

D. Software, released under the license of the OpenSSL Project:
„This product includes software developed by the OpenSSL Project for use in
the OpenSSL Toolkit. (http://www.openssl.org/)“
