PE Switch
The PE switch is used to improve the noise behavior of the laserdiode
current source. In some cases, especially when external measurement
equipment is connected to the laserhead or the laserdriver, line
frequency noise comes up.
Sometimes it helps to open the PE Switch.

are connected to PE (Protective Earth) with high
resistance
