* For Prisma-P-ED and –ES models, be sure to attach the strainer provided with the instrument
before connecting the water supply hose as instructed above.
Position the strainer as appropriate for a clearance available around the instrument with
reference to the illustrations below.
For details on how to attach the strainer, see the instruction “<Installation Procedure for Water
Supply Strainer for Prisma–P–ED and –ES Models>” at the end of this manual.

(2) To remove the faucet joint from the other end of the water supply hose, pull up the lock claw
and slide it to the hose side (slide to the direction 2 while holding down the claw 1). Then, draw
the faucet joint out of the hose end.
(3) Loosen four screws on the faucet joint.
(4) While pushing a black rubber inside the faucet joint against the end of a water tap faucet firmly,
tighten four screws evenly.
(5) Tighten the faucet joint by turning a nipple (the white plastic part of the faucet joint).
(6) While holding down the lock claw to the hose side, insert the hose end into the faucet joint.
Hook the lock claw on the nipple of the faucet joint.
(7) Gently pull the water supply hose with hand to check if the hose does not come out the joint.
