10. Power-On
1) With referring to the section “8-3. Selecting the Voltage Setting”, make sure that the voltage
selector switches are properly set.
2) Connect the power cord to the power inlet connector located at the lower right side of the
instrument.
* Two different power cords come with the instrument. Select the power cord appropriate to the
local supply voltage.
3) Make sure that the power switch, located at the bottom right of the front side of the instrument, is
set to the OFF position. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet.
CAUTION: Make sure that the power cord is connected to a power outlet with a ground terminal.
4) Set the power switch to the ON position to start up the instrument.
