4-2 Disassembling the Case Lower Block
4-2-1 Ass’y Printer
1. Open the ASS'Y COVER PRINTER(A) and lift it off. (Page9-1,9-2)
2. Separate the GROUND WIRE(ⓐ,ⓑ) from the PMO-PAPER SUPPLY(C-37). (Page9-7)
3. Remove the screw(C-42) from the PMO-PAPER SUPPLY (C-37) and lift up the
PMO-COVER FRONT(C-41). (Page9-7)
4. Remove the four screws(C-43) of the PMO-PAPER SUPPLY (C-37). (Page9-7)
5. Separate the ASS'Y PRINTER(C) from the ASS'Y CASE LOWER(E). (Page9-1,9-2)
4-2-2 Ass’y Spool Motor
1. Separate the harness(ⓜ) of the ELA-ETC MOTOR ASS’Y(E-26) from the PBA-MAIN BOARD(E-8). (Page9-3)
2. Remove the ELA-MOTOR ASS’Y(E-26) from the PMO-CASE LOWER(E-24). (Page9-3)
3. Separate the ELA-ETC MOTOR ASS’Y(E-29) from the PMO-HOLDER MOTOR(E-27) .(Page9-3)
4. Separate the RCT-MOTOR (E-28) from the ELA-ETC MOTOR ASS’Y(E-29).(Page9-3)
4-2-3 Ass’y Main PBA, Fiscal PBA and I/F PBA
1. Separate the nine harnesses(ⓒ,ⓓ,ⓔ,ⓜ,ⓠorⓡ,C-40,E-3,E-4,D-10) and remove the four screws(E-2).
Lift up the PBA-MAIN BOARD(E-8).(page9-5)
2. Separate the harness(ⓒ) and lift up the ASS’Y FISCAL BOARD(E-6) from the PMO-CASE LOWER(E-18).(page9-5)
3. Separate the harness (ⓝ) and Remove the two screws(E-28). (page9-5)
4. Lift up the I/F BOARD(E-16).(page9-3)
4-2-4 Ass’y Power PBA, and Trans Power.
1. Separate the harnesses(ⓜ,ⓕ) and Remove the two screws(E-9). (page9-5)
2. Separate the TRANS-POWER (E-10) from the IPR-BRKT TRANS(E-21).(page9-5)
3. Separate the harnesses(ⓕ,ⓖ,ⓩ) and Remove the two screws(E-11). (page9-5)
4. Lift up the PBA SUB POWER SW(E-12) from the IPR-BRKT TRANS(E-21).(page9-5)
5. Remove the eight screws(E-13:2PCS, E-14:1PCS,E-17:3PCS,E-15:2PCS) and Separate
the IPR-BRKT TRANS(E-21) from the PMO-CASE LOWER(E-18).(page9-5)
