The 5Star App on your Touch3 smartphone gets you access to
GreatCall’s unique 5Star Service. 5Star Service provides
easy-to-use and reliable access to NAED* Certied 5Star Agents
who will conrm your location, evaluate your situation, and
get you the help you need. By accessing 5Star Service on your
Touch3, you’ll be immediately connected to a 5Star Agent who
will quickly identify you and conrm your location, then carefully
assess your situation, using details from your Personal Prole. To
launch the 5Star App you can TAP the 5Star button located on the
Lock Screen, or the bottom of the Home Screen.
