Selecting the Internal Mute
When using a device such as a Homo Theater or Amplifier with external speakers, you can sot Internal Mute to O13to cut
off sound from the TV's internal swakors.
Press the MENU button. Press the _1 or !_ button to select "Sound",
then press the ENTER _ button.

Press the A or T button to select "On", then press the ENTER
button. Pressing the A or ',v button will alternate between "On"
and "Off'.
Select "Return" by pressing the A or v button, then press the
ENTER _ button to return to the previous menu.
Press the EXIT button to exit.
>- The VOL +, VOL - and Mute buttons do not operate when the Internal Mute is set to On.
When Internal Mute is on, only the "Multi-Track Options" menu is available in the Sound menu.
";_ To watch TV with an external speaker system such as a home theater system,
set Internal Mute to On. To watch TV with the internal speaker or to record video with a
VCR through AV OUT of the TV, set Internal Mute to Off.
