If you check "Use RTP over RTSP(TCP)", determine whether to use Video
Setup

Streaming Engine

RTSP/TCP. If you uncheck Use RTP over
RTSP(TCP), determine whether to use Video Setup
→
Streaming Engine
→
RTP/UDP and RTP/Multicast
Note
· Under the Media menu, Select Open Network Stream or simply use the shortcut
key(Ctrl + N) select RTSP under Protocol.
