This sub menu is accessible from the Network settings.
This setting is used to automatically send a notification e-mail
to a specified address when an alarm occurs, for example.
1 Send E-mail
•ON: E-mail sending function enabled
• OFF: E-mail sending function disabled
2 IP Notification
To send a notification e-mail when the DVR IP address is
changed, check the checkbox.
3 Event Alarm
The alarm event type can be used as condition for sending
notification e-mails.
• OFF (factory default)
Notification e-mail is not sent even if an alarm is
detected.
• ALARM
A notification e-mail is sent when ALARM recording is
triggered by the sensor connected to the external alarm
input terminal (ALARM IN) of the unit.
•MOTION
A notification e-mail is sent when MOTION recording is
triggered by a movement detected by the motion sensor
built into the unit.
•ALL
A notification e-mail is sent when a recording is
triggered either by an external alarm or the built-in
motion sensor.
Memo: Alarm notification requires setting of ALARM-SET.

4 Mail Address
Input the destination address.
5 Mail Server settings
Input the SMTP server name as well as the user ID and
password.
6 RETURN MAIL ADDRESS
Set the source e-mail address to be notified to the
destination.
Allows synchronizing the time using an internet or LAN NTP
server.
1 NTP USE
•ON: Synchronize using NTP server
•OFF: Do not synchronize using NTP server
2 NTP Primary Server Address
Input the NTP primary server address.
3 NTP Secondary Server Address
Input the NTP secondary server address.
4 Time Zone
Select the time zone.
(GMT -1:00 to -12:00, GMT 0:00 to 13:00)
5 Interval
Set the time to synchronize.
(01 - 24:00)
Allows to configure continued recording settings by
overwriting the hard disk and the storage period for the
recording data.
1 Overwrite
To continue recording by overwriting when the hard disk
becomes full, check the checkbox.
2 Auto Delete
•ON: Auto-delete function enabled
•OFF: Auto-delete function disabled
3 Auto Delete Days
If auto-delete is set to ON, set a recording data storage
period.
(2/3/4 - 60 DAYS)

Setting the Send E-Mail
The DVR will be forcibly restarted if a value on this
screen is changed.
