Restrictions
When you use the printer driver with sharing settings, the following restrictions occur
becausebi-directionalcommunicationisdisabledontheclient:
• Errorsthatoccurintheprinter,suchas"PaperEnd"and"RibbonEnd",willnotbe
recognized.
• Youcannotuse[GetFromPrinter]and[SendToPrinter]under[CongurePrinter]on
the[PrinterProperties]>[DriverSettings]tabintheprinterdriver.
• Thesettingschangedonthe[PrintingPreferences]>[CongurePrinter]tabinthe
printerdrivercannotbesenttotheprinter(whenthegreencheckboxisnotselected).
