4. Fit a new gasket and mount the flywheel
housing on the guide pins. Tighten the bolts
to 90 Nm in the order shown in the illustra-
tion.
5. Fit a new crankshaft seal.
(See Changing crankshaft seal).
Note The seal must always be changed
when the flywheel housing has been
removed.
6. Fit the starter motor.
Fitting flywheel
1. Fit two guide pins 87 488 in the end of the
crankshaft.
2. Fit the flywheel on the crankshaft.
Note Always use new bolts.
3. Fit the washer and tighten the bolts to
180 Nm.
