9 Maintenance and descaling
Please note that this is a professional co󰀨ee machine
for businesses that requires regular maintenance and
descaling.
The maintenance due date depends on the duration
of use and is indicated on the display. When
Schaerer Service does maintenance, the descaling of
the brewing system is done at the same time.
The co󰀨ee machine can continue to be used after
the notication is output, but the execution or
commissioning of maintenance work must be done
in a timely manner to ensure functional safety and
prevent consequential damages.
9.1 Maintenance
Maintenance after notication on the display only by
trained sta󰀨 or Schaerer Service, since safety tests
have to be done.
The following maintenance levels exist:
• Descaling, can be done by the operator/user.
• Maintenance after notication on the display, only
by trained sta󰀨 or Schaerer Service, since safety
tests have to be done.
