Bean hopper extension (optional)
* Unlock the extension
* Remove the extension upwards
* Thoroughly wipe the extension with a damp cloth
and let it dry
* Put on the extension and lock
7.6.12 Cleaning the powder container
The permanently installed bean hoppers can
be cleaned at regular intervals and as needed.
Recommendation: monthly.
Clean more often depending on the powder used.
Risk of injury
• Very long hair could get stuck in the
grinder head and get pulled into the co󰀨ee
machine.
> Always protect hair with a hairnet before
you remove the bean hopper.
* Briey press on the on/o󰀨 switch
(approx. 1 second)

* Pull the power plug
* Pull the safety catch on the powder container and
loosen it
* Remove the powered container lid, empty it and
clean with a damp cloth
* Unscrew the cap nuts at the front and rear
* Pull out the portioning screw and remove the
discharge cap
* Wipe out the hopper thoroughly with a moist cloth
