► Touch the [Foamer rinsing] field in the "Set-
tings" menu.
Foamer rinsing is activated and is carried
out based on the settings in the "Rinse in-
terval" parameter.

Rinse interval Starts a rinsing procedure for the milk system af-
ter a beverage is dispensed with milk and after
the time set in this parameter expires.
► Touch the [Rinse interval] in the "Settings"
menu.
The window for the "Rinse interval" set-
ting appears.
► Set a rinse interval of 0 – 5 min.
Milk system rinsing begins with a delay
equal to the set time.
0–5min A setting of (0) causes the
system to be rinsed imme-
diately after a milk bevera-
ge is dispensed.
The "Plug&Clean" function
is activated in the machine
data.
The standard setting is
2min.
Operating options
► Touch the [Operating options] field in the "Settings" menu.
The "Operating options" menu is displayed.
The menu contains the following subitems:
• Warm rinsing field
• Barista field
• 2nd level
• ON/OFF button (
button)
• Menu field
