WARNING
Risk of injury due to unexpected movements!
If the power supply is switched on or residual energy remains in
the system, components can move unexpectedly and cause
serious injuries.

Before starting any work on the product: Switch off the power
supply and secure against restarting.
l
Make sure, that no residual energy remains in the system.
1.
Place a workpiece with a length of 78 mm between the fingers (3).
2. Remove compressed air lines.
3. WARNINGDanger of injury due to spring forces! In case of
defect, the safety ring (45) and the cover (44) can be under
spring tension. Carefully disassemble the module.
4. Secure the cover (44) by suitable means.
5. Remove safety ring (45) for cover (44).
6. Carefully remove the cover safety (44).
7. Pull cover (44) out of the housing (1).
8. Mark the installation position between the cylinder piston (6)
and the housing (1).
9. WARNINGDanger of injury due to spring forces! The cylinder
piston is under spring tension. Carefully disassemble the
module. Secure the cylinder piston (6) by suitable means.
10. Unscrew and remove the screws (18).
11. Carefully remove the cylinder piston (6) safety.
12. Pull cylinder piston (6), springs (31) and shock absorber ring
(48) out of the housing.
13. Remove the screws (19), washers (53) and switching lugs (12).
14. Remove the screws (43), clamping components (42) and
gripper fingers (3).
15.
Unscrew the set-screws (61) and remove the cylindrical pins (60).
16. Unscrew and remove the screws (20). Remove the cover (10).
17. Push the cylindrical pins (24) right down until the bolts (7)
can be pushed out. Mark the assembly position for the bolts.
18. Remove the entire lever mechanism and mark the assembly
position of the joints (4) and the piston rod (5).
