securely on the mount of the FX adapter.

Proceed to channel calibration
Calibrate the cylinder pressure channel. Most templates require a two point calibration
in which the first point is 0 mmH
2
O (open to atmosphere) and the second point is
approximately 300 mmH
2
O (applied using a manometer) to cover the range of
expected pressures. The square to the right of the bar will turn green when a pressure
adequate for calibration is reached.
During Step 4 of the calibration, enter the exact pressure value applied
by the using manometer. For example, if the pressure actually applied was 295 mmH
2
O,
enter 295 mmH
2
O; do not retain the default value of 300 mmH
2
O that is initially
displayed.

Verify the calibration results when they are displayed (see Figure 3-6). Cylinder
pressure channel calibration values should fall within the following ranges:
