11 Troubleshooting
The robot vac-
uums but does
not pick up any
dirt
Dust bin is too full or filter is soiled.
Switch off the appliance (position "0") and page 71, „Cleaning and care“.

lights up

The robot goes
round and
round in circles
A cable of one of the wheels has become detached.
Open the wheel cover and re-insert the cable or contact the customer service
department page 319, „Service Centres“
The robot is
running but is
constantly trav-
elling in re-
verse.
The slider for setting the sensitivity of the sensors is on a setting for light floors
while the appliance is being used on a dark floor.
Adjust setting of the slider for the setting of the sensitivity of the sensors,
page 55, „Setting the drop sensors“.
The robot
stops on its
own.
The rechargeable battery needs to be charged.
Switch off the appliance (position "0") and charge rechargeable battery, page
57, „Charging the robot“.
The robot has
become stuck.
Help the robot manually by giving it a push.
The robot does
not move in
straight lines
directly after it
is switched on.
It is possible that soiling is preventing one of the wheels from moving freely.
Free wheel of dirt. If necessary, carefully use a scissors or tweezers for this.
One of the
round brushes
no longer
turns.
It is possible that dirt is preventing this round brush from moving freely.
Remove the round brush (page 60, „Setting up and connecting the charging
station“) and free it of dirt. If necessary, carefully use a scissors or tweezers for
this.
Individual bris-
tles of the

Soak the brushes in hot water.
