ADDING AN ANNOTATION ON YOUR COPY
The annotation setting enables you to print one of the preset annotations on one of the
preset positions. Follow the steps shown below to select the annotation and position for
your document.
Selecting the print pattern
Select an annotation for your document.

Set the original on the original table and make sure that the desired
size of paper is set in any of the paper trays.
See page 33 to confirm the paper sizes in the unit.

Press the "MENU" button, and keep pressing the (or )
"ARROW" button until "Annotation" is shown on the first line of the
display panel.

Keep pressing the (or ) "ARROW" button until "Print Pattern"
is shown on the second line of the display panel.

Press the "ENTER" button.

Keep pressing the (or ) "ARROW" button until the desired
setting value is displayed on the second line of the display panel.
Select the desired annotation from "1. None" (Default setting), "2. Confidential",
"3. Draft" and "4. Urgent".
