PAPER MISFEED ILLUSTRATIONS
If you require more information when reading the instructions in the touch panel, see the paper misfeed illustrations
below. Refer to the illustration below and then go to the appropriate illustration (1 to 14) for your situation.

(1) Paper misfeed in the finisher/saddle stitch
finisher
Remove any misfed paper
from the paper exit area.
Be careful not to tear the
misfed paper during
removal.
Close the upper cover of the
finisher/saddle stitch
finisher.
When using the finisher (3 trays)
Open the front covers on
the right and left of the
finisher.
Lift the paper guide in the
direction of the arrow.
Push the paper guide until it
clicks into place.
Lower the paper guide in
the direction of the arrow.
Remove any misfed paper.
Be careful not to tear the
misfed paper during
removal.
If there was no misfed paper
in the previous step, remove
any misfed paper.
Be careful not to tear the
misfed paper during
removal.
If there was no misfed paper
two steps ago, lower the
paper guide in the direction
of the arrow until it clicks
into place.
