4.1 Key operation of FPD

Key operation No. 1: Automatic zero adjustment
Pressing the [Zero Adj.] in the PF menu changes the display on the screen to 0µV and the
baseline moves to the zero point of the GC. However, depending on the range of the detector and
the attenuation of the Chromatopack, baseline cannot be accommodated within the screen of
Chromatopac.
