5.3Cleaning and Replacing the Quartz Cylinder
Be sure to read “5.1 Precautions for Maintenance and Inspection”.
If the Quartz Cylinder is contaminated with steam or materials of high boiling point, deterioration of the
detection sensitivity will result. Clean or replace the Quartz Cylinder according to the procedure below.

1.
Turn off the power of the system according to the procedure given in “5.2 Turning off the Power”.
2.
Remove the INJ/DET cover of the GC-2010 main unit after the FPD has been cooled sufficiently.
