7. Set Special Time For a Step
Special fade in/out time can be allocated to each step. A chase step with special time is called a
complicated step. If the step is using the global time, then it is a simple step.
01) Press <CueList>, then press the desired CueList button.
02) Press <Up>/<Down> to select the desired step.
03) Press [Time Mode].
04) Press <Up>/<Down> to browse, <A>-<E> to select an option. Turn the Wheel V to set the values.
05) The Link option is on Page 2. If Link is set to On, the chases will automatically run step by step. If Link is
set to Off, then you have to press <Go+> or <Go-> to run the steps.
06) Press <Enter> twice to save.
Show Recording
By means of Show Record, you can record the order of the playbacks and the interval time between the
playbacks. The show can be played back after recording. This function saves much time for lighting
designers.
1. Record a Show
01) Press <Setup>.
02) Press <E> [Show Record].
03) Press <A> [Show List] and select the desired show to record.
04) Press <A> [Record Show].
05) Press <B> [Record] to highlight it.
06) Play chases and palettes back.
07) When the playbacks are finished, press <B> [Record] to dehighlight it.
08) Press <Enter> to end the show.
09) Now, adjust the time settings. To set the first playback as the starting time.
10) To keep the original time settings, press <E>.
The show’s duration time will be shown after recording.
2. Run a Show
01) Press <Setup>.
02) Press <E> [Show Record].
03) Press <A> [Show List] and select the desired show to record.
04) Press <C> [Play Show].
05) Press<B> [Play] to highlight it.
Once a show is running, the timer of its first line will start.
Press <D> and <E> to adjust the rhythm of the show. It works only with the console time code. It does
not respond to MIDI.
While playing, you can choose between the time code of the console or the time code from an
external MIDI source. While in [Show Record], press <A> to toggle between those 2 options.
3. Delete a Show
01) Press <Setup>.
02) Press <E> [Show Record].
03) Press <A> [Show List] and select the desired show to record.
04) Press <B> [Delete Show].
05) Press <Enter> to delete.
To delete all programs, enter [Show Record], select [Clear Show List] and press <Enter>.
