Spot Size Recognition
With the SSR technology, the sensor not only detects the
amount of reflected light but also evaluates the distribution
of the light on the multipixel receiving element. This enables
the sensor to also flawlessly detect objects covered with a
shiny foil.
No sensing range needs to be set for sensors with SSR
technology. The sensor operates with the maximum
operating reserve.
Switching frequency
The switching frequency expresses the number of switching
operations performed by a sensor over a defined interval of
time.
